This retreat is not for everybody. Here are some questions to help you find out if it's a good fit.

Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis to attend?

No. However, if you resonate with the difficulties associated with ADHD, and you've always felt like you were different than most people, then this still may be for you.

Is it therapy?

Yes and no. This is a structured nervous system immersion using breathwork, therapeutic techniques, group reflection, somatic practices, and structured regulation tools.

It is not clinical therapy and does not replace medical care.f

Will this 'fix' my ADHD?

No.

It will help you:

- Understand your Nervous System

- Regulate your body

- Leave with Practical Tools

- Feel less alone

The work continues after.

Is this intense?

It is structured and intentional.

What if I live in Dahab?

Residents of Dahab who have their own accommodation receive a reduced locals' rate.
